Online check-in very ok, received access code by mail and whatsapp. Parking on the street in front of the hotel, there were no problems. Small, quiet hotel. About 10 minutes away are many restaurants, a very good one 3 minutes on foot, where I recommend the bistechia (beef) that comes with a hot plate and many others. A supermarket is also 3 minutes away on foot, and a super nice pizzeria is 5 minutes away, also on foot. Beaches at 15 minutes or more, it depends what you want. Negative - The breakfast was very weak, and the lady at the buffet (the older one) extremely uncooperative and very disturbed and only spoke Italian. We were 3 families, 9 people, including children, obviously we came together and wanted to eat, and there were 5-6 boiled eggs and some scrambled eggs, plus a small bowl with some fried sausages. I effectively set aside a small plate with cheese and salami, plus butter, for all the tourists, which is quite difficult to fill and takes far too long. There were also croissants, buns and some nutella and jam. Everything absolutely identical every day. I asked for some vegetables, nothing was possible, no tomatoes, no peppers, no cucumbers, olives, nothing. On certain days there were no cups, and the lady was talking to an Italian family, thinking that we didn't understand her, that we were to blame for taking the cups into the room. Obviously we had taken a coffee to drink on the terrace, but it seems that we still had to bring them back. The room was cleaned only once in 5 days, and the towels were changed at our request. We had terraces at all the rooms, one of them had a bad smell, I found (in the last day) that there were dumpsters nearby, which was not ok, no trash cans in the whole yard, the trash from the terrace was not taken at all. It is probably a sleep-only hotel, you eat extremely simply and leave, otherwise you have no reason.

Nice clean room with beautiful terrace. A place in a small village/town that is close to carrara or cinque terre. Nice point to explore the surroundings. There is free parking on the street and couple of awesome restaurants in walking distance. Also a big groceries store close by.

Very clean and nice place! Rooms are clean , bathroom was also very clean. In the room there’s kitchen, you can use it. Air conditioning works just perfect. Breakfast place is very pretty and cute, you can find everything necessary for breakfast. It’s located in quite area, good to have a rest after crazy chinque terre or something. Not far there’s supermarket you can go there even by feet. I really liked it there!
