Superb location and a lovely house. The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the Bay and only a 7 minute walk into town centre. Hosts, Sarah, Nial and Margaret were very welcoming and friendly, made sure we had everything we required. Would strongly recommend to anyone going to Teignmouth. Michael Williams

Had a great stay at Woodlands, a lovely spacious and clean room, great views, with a lovely cooked breakfast the family were friendly , lovely and peaceful. Cant wait to go back
