Paul and his family are wonderful hosts in this little piece of paradise. Amazing breakfast. Top quality rooms with AC. Stunning views. The outdoor pool is a must. The kindness and welcoming spirit is what matters the most tough and Paul and family ace that every time. What a great location from which to have visits to a wide range of options. You can visit sacred holy locations, excellent local produce and culinary spots, historical landmarks, and just the beautiful countryside and nature of both Tuscany and Umbria. I hope to return here soon.

Wonderful, like everything... breakfast is selfmade and big, there are many friendly animals to pet, extremely nice owner that even gave out a drink after casually meeting in town, a lot of hiking tours near, many swimming possibilities like pool and natural river, historically interesting Cospaia (Anarchism) and Sansepolcro (Renaissance Painters) near, quiet and comforting stay on a beautiful hill.

Fantastic experience! A place I'll never forget, surrounded by nature and full of little animal friends, goats, dogs, and cats. The owner, Paul, is incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us a thorough and immersive tour of what would become our accommodation, including the pool, which is still open (too bad it's cold! ) and the outdoor "recreation corner" where we couldn't miss a chat with a cold beer. I'm very happy; it far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone passing through the area!
