Hotel Schloss Fernsteinsee Naturresort

Your bartender/waitress was excellent. She was attentive, helpful, kind and really made our time eating and drinking great. 5 stars for her. I mistakingly booked for 2 people instead of 3 and then was charged for the third which is a bit hard to understand since we stayed in the same room but it wasn’t a lot. But what made me most upset is that booked with breakfast included and then it was taken away when I needed to add a person. That seemed very wrong and I believe should be refunded.

The Indian boy in the restaurant was super Rude to everyone. He was arrogant and demanded. He didn't even check ✔️ if we had napping and silver wear we had to ask for and he was extremely rude! He should no working there. Hotel is great.

All over it was a nice stay. We were there to go Scuba diving at Sameranger and Fernstein-See. unfortunately the Weather did not like us. Rain, rain, rain. My wife's dry suit was leaking, therefor not so many dives as planned. Even it was raining a lot and the visibility at Fernstein-See was close to Zero, Sameranger was still nice. We will come again, this time not after 25 Years
