Chalet SissiAlm

PROS: close to slopes and facilities, warm, quiet, beautiful area, plenty of kitchen plates/bowls/glasses/cutlery/mugs. CONS: frying pans dirty on arrival and falling apart, no smoke alarms, no WIFI password provided on arrival, no rubbish bags provided (despite guest book saying they would be), spa bath non-functional, no ski gear room, very little storage space for food, stovetop not fully functional, light broken in cooker hood, using any shower results in water all over bathroom floors. Finally, this house falls into the inhospitable North-Western European tradition of providing a shell of a house for you to stay at, meaning you have to bring ALL essentials with you, so there's no point staying here if you need to fly in; as you'll have one hell of an expensive shop to undertake beforehand.

A small, cozy house. We felt very comfortable there. Some everyday items could use replacing, e.g., glasses, pot holders, etc.

A truly awful place. We ate there three times. The same recipe every time. The third time, we got a completely burnt sandwich. We were also told they had three different kinds of sandwiches. Well, they're lying to me. It looked absolutely disgusting. And it tasted burnt... in short, very poor service. And a terrible restaurant when it's busy.
