Francesco and his entire family were one of the most generous, kind and patient hosts I have ever come across travelling. Proceno is a beautiful and peaceful location, and the surroundings are idyllic - perfect for a Tuscan escape.

Delightful place we booked via Airbnb. The host Francesco was great, always prompt to meet us on our two stays. His dining recommendations don't go wrong. And the land is so beautiful and peaceful. Accommodations here are way better than expected.

You won't find a more beautiful place in all the world. It is full of charm. We booked this via AirBnB and Francesco, the host has been very warm and acccomodating. This is a great location for cruising Tuscany and seeing many walled towns and cities, exploring wineries and other natural wonders.
