Appartamento da Mura

Elisa Mura, first of all, is a Friend. A sincere and delightful person, always accompanied by her two girls, Kikka and Macchia two beautiful, sweet, and gentle dogs, just like their “Mom.” The apartment Elisa offers is located on the upper floor of the house where she lives with her girls. The home is beautiful, lovingly cared for, and perfectly clean. It is in Champdepraz, where I myself lived for many years, very close to Elisa’s house. The “Da Mura” apartment is perfect in winter: to reach Champoluc it only takes 40 minutes on a comfortable, always well maintained road. From Champoluc you can access the Monterosa Ski area (Gressoney, Alagna), with perfect slopes and the Freeride Paradise. In summer, you can continue along the road that leads to Covarey, up to the Veulla (La Villa) parking area. From there, you proceed on foot to reach the lakes: there are as many as thirty, but the most well-known are Gran Lac, Lac Blanc, Lac Cornu, Lac Vallet, Lac Noir, and others. Of course, there is also the Barbustel Refuge (which you will find in another of my reviews). For those who want a more technical excursion, there is the climb to Mont Avic. Once at the summit, you will enjoy a 360 degree panorama, with views of Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, and Monviso,an unforgettable spectacle. The “Da Mura” apartment is therefore a wonderful starting point for your holidays. Highly recommended.
