We had delays from Mt Blanc Tunnel and we’re looking for accommodation late in the evening. We were recommended Hotel Firmino by some local people. From arrival to leaving the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was nearly 11pm and they made us a pizza which was great and very reasonable. Breakfast was continental with meats cheese and fruit etc. Room was fairly basic but did the job. It was the staff that made the visit an absolute pleasure.

Has a good midday menu from Monday to Friday and also does pizza at lunch.Very busy at lunchtime though but service is very friendly and quick.Full of workers and lorry drivers. A simple restaurant with good wholesome food. The four stars has been given not as an international rating, but rating it with other restaurants of the same kind.Very good quality for price. Not an elegant atmosphere but more casual.

Value for money. Large rooms. Nice and clean. Management is very friendly and helpful. However very few speak English.
