John & Barbara were super friendly and helpful. Sparkling clean room and bathroom. We missed breakfast so they made us bacon butties to take with us. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Seaway b and b 18-25 August 2024. It was amazing. Barbara and John were excellent hosts. The room was spotless. The breakfast was superb and there was ample choice. The location was perfect. A stones throw away from the beach and right near the town. We would highly recommend this b and b. Best holiday ever. Julie and Ian😊
