Suncamp Reception

The mobile homes (in the upper price segment) are of good quality. The ones in the lower price segment not so much. The staff (Michelle) is nice and responds fast.

First time at Suncamp, and a second time isn't necessarily necessary. We booked an Aspen Combi mobile home for a week, and the mobile home wasn't well-designed and was past its best. The mobile homes are extremely cramped, with less than 1.5 meters between the neighbors' terraces, and you can hear every word. It smelled musty in the mobile home, and the kitchen wall cabinets could only be opened partially due to construction defects—the door was hitting the refrigerator. The cutlery drawer could only be opened by moving the dining table chairs. The guide rail for the top basket in the dishwasher had broken out. The mobile home was very thinly soundproof, and you could hear every word from anyone who walked by in the night. There was no Wi-Fi reception in the mobile home itself; Android users had reception on the terrace, while iPhone users were left with nothing; the 5G network coverage was simply very poor. Check-out from Suncamp was very quick and no one asked us about any deficiencies or suggestions for improvement

We arrived today. The two people at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We're now in the Sabai bungalow for 14 days. What more can I say? Just look at the pictures – it's a dream! They've been available for rent since this year. They still need to improve the Wi-Fi reception, but otherwise, it's fantastic.
