Il Pendio

We stayed for a week in this B&B. I have to say, everything was perfect: the apartment was impeccably clean, the room was spacious, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful (they even provided us with clean towels midweek). The location is in the heart of the historic center, yet extremely quiet. Highly recommended!!! At the "B&B il Pendio," we found a well-maintained and well-equipped space, with a kitchen, a bedroom with three beds, and a bathroom. The property is located in the center of the upper part of town. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with bottles of cold water, which was very welcome. The furnishings are simple but functional.

We stayed one night at this property during a stop on the Camino Matera. We had a great time; the apartment was very nice, clean, spacious, and welcoming. We took care of ourselves since the owner doesn't live in Castellaneta. We had no problems. The only downside was breakfast at the bar (included in the price). Recommended.
