Le Grand Bellevue

A truly wonderful hotel. Everything is beautiful and thoughtfully designed — very aesthetic and calm. The staff are absolutely exceptional: attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the concierge, the manager, and especially to the hotel’s general manager, Olivier. During my arrival in the middle of a heavy snowstorm, he went above and beyond to help and truly saved both me and my car. I have never experienced such care, responsiveness, and kindness in any hotel before. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish this hotel great success and prosperity.

Le Grand Bellevue is one of my favorite hotels in the world. Set in the heart of Gstaad, this property is a perfect retreat from a day of exploration. I've stayed here twice in the last 3 years, both during the Gstaad Pro Beach Volleyball tournament. Stadium court is right across the street, making this the perfect place to stay while Beach is in town. I was impressed by the classic charm and elegance of this hotel, paired with top tier service from hotel staff. The spa is complete with varying heat experiences, as well as an outdoor cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub. The pool area is spacious and full of natural light. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but fans were available upon request as it does get quite warm in the summer.

The staff was one of the best we ever experienced, their service and care for us was outstanding. The concierge and all the other staff made us feel at home and always went the extra mile. The restaurant is also amazing with lovely food and great atmosphere. Simply one our best stays, would most definitely recommend and we’ll coming back!
