We booked this through Experience Transylvania and ended up being happy with our choice. This is a pretty basic place to stay but being looked after by a very nice lady from a farm in the village, Liliana and her daughter Cinzia, turned this into a delightful experience. You could self cater if you wished as the kitchen is fully equipped. It was a much better experience having Liliana cook dinner and breakfast for us.

Small and cozy two bedrooms house, in a remote village away from everything. The house keepers are farmers and they can cook a wonderful meal using their homegrown ingredients. I strongly recommend asking for sweet cheese and apricot jam pancakes. The hilltop above the village is a large meadow scattered with ancient oaktrees
