Very disappointed by this establishment. Let me explain : Instead of booking for August 2025, I booked for July 2026 by mistake. I asked the hotel for a refund, since the date is in one year and a cancellation wont hurt them financially. At my surprise, they refused to refund the booking, without any explanation. Disappointing…

the room had no windows. Even though the hotel is clean, not having a window to the outside felt terrible. Also the hotel is hard to find with a car and it's a long walk to the old town.

Lovely people who run and work at the accommodation. Very helpful with communication. Breakfast was great. Rooms were well equipped but our room was too dominated by the 4 poster bed taking up most of the space. Room often smelt damp due to lack of air circulation available. Location was great and parking was available on the street outside if you timed it ok.
