Wow, this is a special place for me! It's a bright, new health spa created on an old quinta (farm), so it produces it's own organic foods for the restaurant, which has an extensive view overlooking the valley from floor to ceiling windows. The landscaping invites you for a pleasant walk around the grounds before and after lunch. Various kinds of chickens, ducks, sheep and goats live there, and the greenhouse is well tended. Lunch is light, hearty, delicious, vegetarian, very satisfying and served with a smile. The spa offers a selection of treatments, after a consultation with the doctor, who can arrange for specialists to come in on appointments. The doctor even created a healthy kind of chocolate that he arranged for the famous chocolate factory next door to produce. It's worth the drive to find this inspiring health spa.
