Hotel des Trois Couronnes

I had booked the Hors du Temps package in the Belle Époque Suite, and we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the experience. From the reservation process to our departure, everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. A special thank you to Joris, who was incredibly attentive and gracious throughout the booking process, and who responded to all of my questions with great patience and efficiency. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, refined and beautifully maintained, yet still warm and welcoming. It offers a rare sense of understated luxury and tranquillity from the moment one arrives. The spa is superb: stylish, serene and impeccably designed. Our massage with Eric was one of the highlights of the stay. His approach was both gentle and highly professional, making for an exceptionally relaxing experience. Dining at 3C was equally memorable. The cuisine was outstanding — sophisticated, beautifully presented and of a remarkably high standard. The dessert was particularly impressive, both creative and delicious, and deserving of special praise. The Belle Époque Suite was magnificent: spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Every detail felt carefully considered, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast served in the room was also excellent and added to the sense of indulgence throughout the stay. The location by the lake is another great asset. Although the promenade nearby is lively, the room itself was perfectly peaceful, allowing us to enjoy the setting in complete comfort. Overall, this was a truly exceptional stay in a hotel that combines elegance, comfort and impeccable service beautifully. A sincere thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We would return without hesitation.

Absolutely another outstanding stay at Hôtel des Trois Couronnes! The view over Lake Leman is simply mind-blowing, especially from the rooms with balconies – pure perfection. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service is top-notch from start to finish. A truly exceptional experience in every way. Breakfast is excellent!

A magnificent & grand hotel. Staff were courteous and professional. Some small signs of wear and tear but it didn’t detract from the experience. I would so love to return one day.
