Relais Paradosso

Location was good but almost impossible to find with the directions provided. Receptionist Victoria was lovely. Owner eccentric at best; at worst, incredibly rude and racist verging on abusive. The room was ok but had a broken door, which locked us inside twice. When we called the owner for help (our only way to exit) she was impatient and rude. She instructed us to lock ourselves in at night because “black people” might try and get in. Breakfast was stale fruit and stale pastries and warm yogurt. Owner asked us to leave the breakfast table after 15 minutes because there was no room for her other guests in the small breakfast room. Would NOT recommend.

Big heart and personality, Senora Krystyna, manages a medieval hotel in the heart of Viterbo. Can't beat the location and the friendly service. Sra. Kristina made us feel like family. Viktoria was also very helpful and waited up for us as we got lost in the tiny and narrow medieval streets. Great parking but don't drive there in a big car. Spacious rooms with AC. Views from the windows are amazing. The amazing staff will take care of all your needs. Thank you so much Sra. Krisina and Viktoria!
