Albergue Dream in Santiago

The staff are very friendly. I had a problem with a taxi, and they offered to take me to the train station in their own car. I was able to catch my train on time. The hostel is very well-equipped, organized, and clean. I'll definitely return. Thank you to the hostel staff for your hospitality.

When I arrived after camino and very long day and so tired I immediately regretted booking this hostel so far away to downtown It was really dirty from the kitchen and bathroom and lobby and bad smell inside shoes and the bed sheets smells bad, and the bathroom was shared by too many people. The noise at night made it impossible to sleep, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I expected a friendly and comfortable place, but instead, it felt unsafe and unpleasant. I couldn’t wait to leave

This place was great! It was such a nice place to rest and relax after the camino for a few days. The staff/owner is so kind and puts in a lot of effort to keep it clean. Blankets! Clean bathrooms and a lovely outdoor space. Spaces like this were so lovely to find during the Camino. Despite beijg a bit far from the center it was totally made up for in every other way. Would definatly stay here again!
