Ferienlenk Chalet Bühlweidli

We booked Chalet Bühlweidli online at the beginning of the year, and after several emails and phone calls, during which we added an extra day, we received confirmation for the detached chalet with a garden. Upon arrival, however, we were told the chalet had already been booked. Huge disappointment!!! The replacement chalet is not what we were looking forward to and booked.

As mentioned in two other reviews, we also experienced a double booking. Having already reserved, paid, and received confirmation, we were then informed that the chalet was unfortunately already fully booked. As an alternative, we were offered a holiday apartment, which was adequate, but of course, nowhere near the quality of a chalet. We booked the holiday apartment, which, like the chalet, belongs to Ferienlenk. The organization seemed chaotic. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the chalet itself in this review. The COVID-19 safety measures deserve high praise! The home delivery service was flawless. From basic groceries and drinks to full meals, everything can be easily delivered. Guests of holiday apartments can also take advantage of the hotel restaurant. Everything was fine overall, but the frequency of double bookings and the organizational issues are concerning.

Superbly furnished chalet with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Everything inside is extremely well maintained. Outside, it could use a little renovation, and the garden needs some maintenance. Then it would be worthy of 5+ stars. The price-performance ratio is fine for us.
