The most luxurious ski/mountain stay we have ever experienced. Stayed in a tower suite and the view is absolutely spectacular. Made every morning feel so special, every time we opened the curtains. Food is excellent with a special mention to their dinner tasting menus. The spa area is gorgeous and ideal place to relax with a view of the mountain range after a big day of skiing. Staff are all extremely friendly and professional. Special mention to Giulio who made our stay feel very pleasant. We will return 😉⛷️💛

This is hands down the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect — there is honestly nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and varied, all ingredients are fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent. The level of care really stood out: I forgot my glasses at a restaurant in a nearby town, and the hotel staff actually brought them to me. I was genuinely surprised — that kind of service is rare. The spa is fantastic, with a great variety of saunas and a very nice pool. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — if I had known, I would have gone every day instead of only at the end of our stay. The internet was another big surprise: incredibly fast and reliable, easily one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, especially impressive for a mountain location. I also really appreciated the pillow selection — this matters a lot to me. The pillows and mattress were perfect, and I slept like a baby. We will definitely be coming back, maybe in summer, and without a doubt again next winter. Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended

Almost everyone at the hotel/restaurant/bar/spa was friendly and enthusiastic, a consistently very high level of personal attention of service. I would recommend avoiding the dark-haired woman with wire-framed glasses at the spa desk: she does not seem to want to talk to you in general, she specifically seems frustrated when asked for details regarding the options on the spa menu. Whenever ANY of her colleagues are at the desk you will have a more pleasant and informative conversation. The facilities are beautiful and the food was amazing. Access to skiing was easy and convenient.
