Portree Youth Hostel

Great location, the rooms that I saw were not dated at all. Really quite nice and clean. Control over heating and windows was appreciated. Rooms are small for sure but there is plenty of room in the communal lounge and still great value for money. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were super friendly and allowed me to store my bike in the laundry room. 🙏

Pros: Great location, clean, and friendly staff. Cons: Feels more like a basic hostel; rooms are run-down; beds in the double rooms are only 185 cm from headboard to footboard—seriously, who came up with that idea? Sleeping comfortably is a challenge. Conclusion: There are likely better options available in the area. /Family with teenagers

What else you expected from a HOSTEL ? specious kitchen with full choices cooking material, cozy room with a comfortable bed, plus the most sweet smile you see in your eyes from Ms. Sian, she doesn't charge you any cost without asking anything reward back, what else you still expected else ?
