Hotel Victoria

Our stay was amazing. Such friendly staff, especially Martin at the front desk and Frankie who works at the bar downstairs, were very helpful. We would highly recommend this Hotel. It is close to loads of restaurants and bars, and especially the ski lift, only a 5 min walk. The hotel buffet was good also, coupled with clean rooms and changing the towels every day, very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

Deceptive and Extremely Noisy – Avoid at All Costs! If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, do NOT book this hotel! I specifically requested a very silent room, and at NO point did the hotel inform me that there’s a club blasting techno music until 4 AM inside the building. This is a huge lack of transparencyand completely unacceptable customer service. The noise was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. When I reached out to reception, they showed no concern or willingness to help. They knew about this issue and deliberately chose not to disclose it when I asked about quiet accommodations. If you value honesty and rest, stay far away from this place!
