Amazing views from our lodge. Silence was bliss. Gym, swimming facilities stunning. Staff so helpful and friendly. Massive thanks to Annie Williams who was so helpful and informative.

Unfortunately we had to stay in one of their non-refurbished lodges and therefore had many problems. We called up to ask for the leak under the sink to be fixed and the shower to be unblocked (both leaks causing mould). Was advised they would fix that day but nobody turned up until the next day. Nice chap but only fixed under the sink by 6pm, the shower remains blocked and leaky when we left a week later. He left the place a mess, with brown smears and splatters(!) all over the bathroom and toilet. Both toilets were broken, some lights not working, mould around the windows, cobwebs everywhere, bathroom fan smelled of burning, and more. Very dated decor but of course the new lodges I expect to be top notch. Hopefully they’ll maintain the new lodges better than the old ones. Whenever we called the reception, the lady was very short with me. The lady expressed they don’t recycle there and that we would have to put it in the main bin or take it ourselves to the recycling centre half an hour away. Would not recommend and hope not to return. Hopefully the other Seasons’ resorts are of higher standard. I’ve stayed in worse... but for about a quarter of the price.

Perfect holiday destination overlooking the Taf estuary. Who could say no to a hot tub looking out over that! WiFi is fast, dressing gowns and towel slippers are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc as well as every kitchen tool you could want. Though you probably won't be cooking often with the restaurant only a quick curtesy buggy ride away. We've been here many times and know a lot of the staff by name, that says everything as you never go back to places you don't like.
