We had a truly magical night! The setting was magnificent, with delightful scents that brought back childhood memories. The room was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view of the cirque. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering excellent advice. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams—a real treat! We will definitely be back.

The establishment is generally very run-down, with everything old and of extremely poor quality. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the room was cold. Room cleaning was minimal. We had booked two nights but only stayed one. To their credit, they didn't object to our cancellation of the second night, especially since everything in the village of Gavarnie was closed for the end of the season, and there was nothing to eat. The owners are friendly, but the place is quite neglected. It has great potential if they renovated it properly, as the rooms are spacious and the location is excellent.

We had an unforgettable week at Jean-Michel and Bernadette's! The whole family stayed in a large room, and we didn't feel cramped at all. Having access to the communal dining room was a real plus. The room is perfectly located for skiing. And above all, the welcome was so warm! We'll definitely be back!
