The friendliest and kind reception and staff. Perfect location, spotlessly clean. We had the smallest room in the hotel but we’ve had smaller rooms elsewhere. Wonderful breakfast with gluten free options offered. We would be happy to stay here again.

Classifying this place as a “boutique hotel” (with the usual designer chair in a corner of the room and a fancy picture on the wall) is certainly an understatement. This hotel is an architectural masterpiece with a wonderful conceptual interior design. The building itself, set in a confined space but appearing very open and spacious, the intelligent and functional use of space in the rooms and the choice of unusual materials make a stay in the CIM Hotel an exceptional experience. Every single item has been carefully chosen and the whole appearance is just aesthetically pleasing. With this comes a great view from some of the rooms and very welcoming and hospitable owners, whose engagement also contributes to the comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is also extraordinary.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Puigcerda. It's located in the old town close to everything. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. It's as if you're a guest in their home. The rooms are well appointed and the views of the mountains are stunning. We happened to be there on the day of the Spain blackout. We were well looked after and couldn't have been in a better place while much of the country was in crisis. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
