Best avoided unless you're a chronic insomniac or a big clubber: the area is an open-air concert until dawn. The room? A matchbox with a bed wedged inside, and not even a chair to put your clothes on (maybe they wanted me to hold them). The shower didn't flush, and the toilet... well, it leaked like it was trying to compete in a flooding contest. To top it all off, a dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom: the kind of welcome no one would want.

Beautiful room immersed in Gubbio's medieval history, clean and welcoming, impeccable service. The location is simply excellent for visiting Gubbio's historic center. Parking is not available on site, but there are public parking lots for both motorcycles and cars just 150-200 meters away.
