Commodore Instow

Lynda and I spent two nights here at the end of October 25. The hotel was a delight. Very comfortable with wonderful views across the estuary to Appledore. I have ms so use a small mobility scooter which was no problem at all. The food was delicious, the bedroom was very comfortable. But the best thing of all was the pleasant and friendly attitude of ALL the hotel staff.

After a bad morning at work I grabbed my 91yr old friend, Rita, (who was still wearing her slippers) and decided to cheer ourselves up. Where else but the classy Commodore. The staff, the food, the location and the restaurant were excellent. The bill was actually pretty reasonable too, although there was no alcohol. Thank you to you all. Certainly brightened our day. We will be back soon!

Lovely friendly people, go above and beyond. This is our 2nd time staying at Commodore Instow, and would happily return for a 3rd visit. Food is amazing and will accommodate for children who have pickier food habits. The rooms 25 and 26 are large with a living room area, kettle and mini fridge. Beds are comfy, and bathrooms are usable, shower is fabulous, overall worth the money.
