We had a lovely stay at Killarney Towers hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The swimming pool is great, our little girl (6 month old) enjoyed swimming. The location is perfect, right in the City centre. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and with all amenities. We had a great end of year deal. Breakfast is delicious.

The staff at this hotel were incredible, from the people at the front desk to those serving us breakfast (which was amazing by the way, beans for breakfast are growing on me) One complaint I have is that my hotel room was right next to the pub that is attached to the hotel. The music was surprisingly loud, and I needed to wear earbuds with white noise to fall asleep. Besides that, great experince. I would def ask for a room away from the pub.

Greetings. Hotel itself, staff, rooms, and location deserve 5 stars. One thing is lacking. Let me set the scene for you. You and your bestie have drive the countryside for hours. Dodging oncoming traffic and the most dangerous of curves. You finally arrive to Killarney. Exhausted. Back hurting. Knees swollen. We were informed there was a spa. Imagine our delight. Upon further inquisition, the spa consists of a sauna, steam room, and a whirlpool. Being the Americans that we are, so we boldly assumed that the whirlpool was hot. Wrong. A whirlpool is just a pool of cold temperatures. That whirls. No heat. No comfort. Just minimal jets up the crevices. Stomach fat- jiggling. Also, it closed at 10. No back relief. So we retreated to our guest room when we had an idea. We discovered that our tub in our clean room, had JETS. And in America, jets + water = hot tub. As two females, best friends even, we decided to begin a very platonic hot tub journey. However, imagine our dismay when the jets didnt jet. Let me reiterate. Platonic. Platonic We truly just wanted to hot tub. However, a whirlpool does not hit like a hot tub. We are considering opening a jacuzzi franchise after this experience. We love the Irish and you guys should be liberated from the frigid hands of whirlpools. The hotel again, fabulous. Only lacking a hot tub or working bathroom jets for two friends who wanted to hot tub together - platonically. Like this comment if we should open up a hot tub store in Ireland. Slainté.
