Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn

Location, service, spa, breakfast — everything has always been great. The breakfasts are simply luxurious: meat, cottage cheese, porridge, all kinds of cakes, cheeses, and even cherry compote 🍒. There are only two downsides. First, housekeeping: there seems to be very little staff, so unless you ask several times, no one comes to clean the room. Second, the room was quite cold — we ended up sleeping in wool thermal underwear.

I had a disappointing experience here. Canceled the stay and wentsomewhere else. For a four-star establishment under the Park Inn/Radisson brand, the lack of cleanliness was a genuine health concern. As someone already mentioned the 7 floor. Upon check-in, the first room provided had not been properly serviced; the bathroom bin contained used menstrual products from a previous guest, and there were visible urine stains on the toilet seat. After being moved, the second room was also poorly cleaned, featuring dried toothpaste in the sink, visible footprints on the floor. Both rooms had a persistent and very unpleasant odor. The only saving grace was the one member of the reception team. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly professional, empathetic, and efficient. Her colleague not so much, face of someone that does not want to be where they are, maybe should not be working with the public. The housekeeping standards are currently failing this hotel. I have provided management with photos of these failures and hope they address these oversight issues.

The overall standard of the hotel seems to have declined compared to previous visits. The staff appear to be quite young, and at times it felt like they were still gaining experience in customer service, which affected the warmth of the interaction. The rooms themselves were in good condition with no major signs of wear, but the carpets in both the rooms and hallways were noticeably worn, leaving the overall impression less tidy than expected. The highlight of the stay continues to be the wide selection of saunas and the spa area, which remain the strongest features of the hotel.
