We stayed a week over New Year. It was overall a good experience except for the noise. The floors are with tiles so you hear every noise in other apartments - steps, chairs moved, kitchen noise etc. So bring ear plugs. Otherwise direct access to the pistes and very friendly service. The Spa is in a different building, 10min walk away, but it didn’t bother us too much, we still used it every day. Two more comments for improvement: the ski room is damp and the shoe racks are not heated so our shoes were often damp in the morning and the cleaning especially of the hallways and other common areas should be improved.

We stayed at this hotel and were required to pay a damage deposit, which we were told would be refunded as long as no damage was caused. We left the room clean and in perfect condition, with absolutely no damage. The room itself was completely unacceptable. We were told this was a room for 6 people, however: • One “bed” was literally just a mattress on the floor • Another person was expected to sleep on a sofa • Neither the sofa nor the mattress on the floor even came with pillows When we asked for pillows, we were told we would only be given them — and a spare key — after paying the damage deposit. We were assured the deposit would be returned if there was no damage, so we paid it. Despite this, we have never received the deposit back and have received no response to any of our emails chasing this. On top of this, the hotel rules and staff behaviour were extremely unprofessional. We were told to be quiet at 10pm, which is completely reasonable, and we made sure to comply. However, the following evening we received a knock on the door at 7:20pm telling us that the quiet time had suddenly been changed to 7pm and that we had “broken the rules” — despite no prior warning or communication of this change. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Poor room conditions, inconsistent and unprofessional rules, and withholding a damage deposit without explanation is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise people not to stay at this hotel and to be extremely cautious if asked to pay a deposit.

This was a good stay overall, great slope accès and a nice service. Rooms are OK but it would have been better to know that the pool and spa was at 10min away.
