BIG SKY HOTEL & SPA

We had an excellent stay at this well-maintained hotel in Chamonix. The facilities are in top shape, and the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. It is an exceptionally kid-friendly property; our kid loved the swimming pool (which was heated perfectly even for the cold weather), outdoor snow areas, kids adventure room. Ski areas are near by, ski equipments can be rented as well. Very big parking and it’s free. The food is a highlight—both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only minor drawback is that the main restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. While the pizza offered those nights is excellent, having it as the only option two nights in a row might not suit everyone. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel located not afar from Les Houches ski station. The staff members are welcoming and pay attention to every little detail. We felt at home right away, since we arrived. The breakfast, the bar and the spa give you altogether a one of a kind experience in Chamonix.

The onsite ski shop was a huge plus. Cedric, thanks for all your insight and recommendations on where to ski each day. You made our trip! The hotel staff were all lovely, especially Inès! Thanks for a great stay.
