People working there are very unfriendly, unpleasant, my 3rd time in San Pellegrino but this hotel is a joke. First and last time. 0/10 0/10 0/10 0/10 0/10 Worst place to stay even 5 minutes. Peope working here are not nice, making problems when they are asked to make some drinks or even pour beer or acutally do something(You work at bar go get your job done lady) If you dont like your job just go and do something else maybe parody of a hotel/restaurant/chalet/wc We pay money to spend time here and people working here are making my stay unpleasant. 0/10 is too much. -99/10 is your score. Disgusting place with terrible drinks and food 🤮🤮🤮 0/10 0/10 0/10 DONT STAY HERE

Beautifull hotel, very near the ski slopes. Extremely friendly staff, child friendly and wil go out of their way to help you in any way.

Really great spa; the cold plunge, 2 saunas, and 2 steam rooms were excellent. Only 4 stars because the vegetarian options were pretty bad. E.g the vegetarian “dinner option” was a veggie patty on some polenta. No sauce or flavoring or anything. Come on, guys 🤣…
