Beautiful house. Shame about the lack of basic cleanliness. Definitely not suitable for those with limited abilities. 4 steps between kitchen and living room were mentioned in advert but outside potholes in car park and steps without railings leading up to the front door. Be careful if you arrive after dark.

Fab house sleeps 10. Got its own pool table and cinema room. 100 yards to the pub. Great location to explore the Dales.
