The Falmouth Townhouse

Just spent 3 nights here, I have to say on the way down I was worried/sceptical given previous reviews! But I'm pleased to say my room (R2) albeit needing a bit of tlc on walls/windows it was perfectly fine! Crisp, clean white linen & towels all smelling fresh, modern bathroom suite (enjoyed a few baths!) Comfy bed/pillows & mattress. Owner very helpful. Will definitely use this place again for a base, as it's also perfectly placed for Falmouth Train station.

Friendly host; beautiful bathroom. Thank you so much. The couch, however, had some crumbs; the carpet needs to be vacuum cleaned, too! Couldn't totally shut the window (cold in early autumn) and the blinds need replacement (old and not very clean). I'd prefer a clean-smelling, firm starchy sheets but what I had last night was the opposite.

Really lovely host, bathroom & harbour view location. That’s the end of what was good. Areas for consideration: Grubby, tatty room in need of a lick of paint, new furniture & carpet. Noisy visitors in the neighbouring B&B garden until the early hours. No breakfast included in price & I won’t be returning.
