The property and staff were a pleasant discovery; a little gem in the magical village of Bard. Warm hospitality and kindness are the watchwords here. The cleanliness of the rooms and the view of the Fort are the common thread that links the impeccable decor to the always open and enriching dialogue with the owners. Breakfast, featuring locally sourced products and exquisite cheeses, allows you to "taste" the history of a village that offers so many emotions!

Eleven of us arrived at this fascinating and meticulously maintained facility; a family group ranging in age from 4 to 80, with a wide variety of needs, intent on touring the Aosta Valley in just under three days, using Bard as a base. The building, a former hotel, has been perfectly renovated and adapted not only to accommodate regular guests, but also to host artists and cultural events. It features workshop spaces, theaters, rehearsal rooms, and all the technical equipment needed for various activities, performances, exhibitions, and workshops. The facilities are immaculate, well-managed, and organized. The welcome was excellent, as were the comfortable rooms and the various amenities, and the generous, delicious, and varied breakfasts. In short, it's a home away from home, and one I'd recommend without hesitation.
