Hostal Restaurante El Mesón

The staff were so warm and friendly here and it was a really fantastic stay. It was right in the middle of fiesta and he was kind enough to let us know that it could be very noisy in the town. We didn’t mind as we were out exploring the nightlife ourselves. If you’re looking for a room that’s clean and comfortable and a good spot to explore the town and visit the beaches this is where you’re looking for. It has a wonderful courtyard to enjoy a few drinks and some food. The meals we had were delicious and came out quickly. Great little spot.

I had lunch here and the chicken escalope was excellent. The handcut chips is really good and the portion is generous. The waiter was also very attentive. A very pleasant lunch indeed.

Great place to stop along the Camino del Norte! The Fabada Austuriana, pollo guisada and the salad were all super good, and amazing portion sizes. Loved the local vibe! Definitely will be back :)
