Stayed there last night while walking the Camino Norte solo. There's currently some problems with getting accommodation in Guernica and ALL the albergues in nearby towns were full so I was really lucky to find this place. They open at 3pm so if you arrive early you can get a beer/tortillia at the tavern 150m away. The woman running the place was lovely and also made the pilgrims a lovely 3 course meal plus wine while we sat around and got to know the other pilgrims. We got fresh bed sheets and a blanket, clean bathrooms/showers and a lovely peaceful Veranda to watch the spannish countryside while waiting for sunset. What else does a pilgrim need?! Would stay again! Thanks so much for your hospitality

Albergue where you feel at home when you are a long way from home. The 180degree view from the terrace across the hills is spectacular and the night sky is magical. It’s a wonderful hamlet to stop in where all you will experience is peace and birdsong and a warm welcome. The food is absolutely delicious and made with passion for local produce and good cooking.

What a wonderful albergue to rest in after a long day of walking. Perfectly located on the Camino del Norte route. Very welcoming host, clean premises, a wonderful terrace to unwind on and delicious food. Highly recommended.
