Trevarthian Holiday Homes

We absolutely LOVE Trevarthian !! We have had so many holidays here that we've lost count. The gorgeous building sits amongst its own grounds with more than ample parking...probably the best parking in Marazion. The rooms we have stayed in are large and airy with period high ceilings and features, yet with all modern conveniences. There is also a laundry room on site which we think is super as you don't have to put up with the noise of a washer within your flat. All 12 flats are clean and well maintained. As for value for money, Sean's prices are very reasonable and fair. One of the many bonuses about staying at Trevarthian is how close it is to the beach & village, not to mention the superb view of The Mount. Another plus about being so close to the beach is that if it starts to rain, you can just nip back again! There are 3 major supermarkets a short drive away and lots of places to eat & drink. Sean the owner, is always available, professional, super helpful and very friendly. Before we leave, we always book at least one more holiday with him. It really is the only place to stay. We love it :)

We have just had three weeks at Trevarthian house staying in Flat 1 and Flat 2. The holiday was fabulous. Both flats are excellent, very close to the beach and very comfortable and great price compared with other accommodation in the area. My family including young grandson stay every year and have stayed in most of the flats on offer. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here very many times over the past decade or more in nearly all the rooms and can wholeheartedly recommend Trevarthian without hesitation. We have had many happy family celebrations here. All are different apartments each offering something different in a beautiful historic building in a perfect location. Apartments have everything needed and are comfortable and spacious. Gardens are lovely and well kept and many rooms have stunning views. Sean is the owner and is always on hand - super helpful with anything we need, even some our less than usual requests and we love staying here, it is our go-to place. Plus there’s parking on site! This is a real gem.
