Hostel Áncora Foz

Hostel with large rooms, ten beds for room. It's not extensive.

HORRIBLE

Hi, I'm Nekane from Group 8 of the foundation. I stayed at the Áncora Foz hostel from August 1st to 15th. I'm writing to tell you that these past few days: I didn't like the hostel at all. The beds, instead of bunk beds, should have been regular beds since I couldn't climb on top of the bunk bed due to two herniated disks. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Lili also told us that the sanitary pad bin was full of our sanitary pads and told us we had to change the trash when it was full, even though she was the one who cleaned it. The treatment was also bad because when we had breakfast, lunch, or dinner, she left us with the door open. And I told Lili to lock it because we were freezing, and she called me a "girl" three times. I told her, but she didn't listen. She also told me that it couldn't be closed because the previous group all came down with the flu. After a while she called me a girl again when I went down to the bathroom while she was cleaning. Besides, the food leaves a lot to be desired.
