We had an amazing stay at Victoria Lodge Hotel! The staff were incredible.. our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, spa is a must after a ski day, and the price was great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The common areas, bar, and lounge were super cozy, and the sauna area was perfect. The downside was the extremely hard beds. We asked for a mattress topper, but they didn’t have one. We slept so poorly that we’re unsure if we’d return. The room was also quite small; we couldn’t open the closet door because of the bed. The breakfast was very good, but they took a long time to refill items, and some things were often empty. We booked well in advance, but when we arrived, we saw that the room was €100 cheaper on some days than what we had paid six months earlier. That was a bit disappointing. In summary, it’s a great hotel with uncomfortable beds.

Victoria Lodge delivers on every front: genuinely friendly, attentive staff who go the extra mile, beautifully decorated and spotless rooms, and a prime location just minutes from the lifts and village center. The hotel’s restaurant, ‘Les Toits de Val d’Isère,’ serves excellent food—breakfast is always fresh, plentiful, and delicious, while dinner impresses with its quality and local flavors. The staff’s warmth stands out in every review—they’re proactive, welcoming, and solve problems swiftly, from lost luggage to thoughtful local recommendations, making guests immediately feel at home. Rooms are praised for modern, cozy design, cleanliness, and comfort—many with balconies offering awe-inspiring mountain views and plush beds perfect after a day on the slopes. Location is hard to beat: just a short walk from the lifts, town center, and with a bus stop right outside for easy transport—ideal for both skiers and those wanting to explore Val d’Isère on foot. All of these qualities—fantastic service, food, rooms, and amenities—combine to make Victoria Lodge an outstanding value and a go-to recommendation for a memorable, comfortable stay in Val d’Isère.
