I just paid 70 euros for a room that had around 15 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, there was no compensation, no apology and no real solution offered. They also cancelled my original reservation on Booking.com because they do not accept debit or credit cards. Instead, they send a payment link, which I do not consider a standard or professional approach. Overall, it is cheaper accommodation, but not worth the price

A good hotel. Right by noisy tram tracks and near the big market, however, somehow, I still slept very well. It’s not the Ritz, but it is safe and clean, and will do the job for a night or two. If you’re just looking for somewhere basic, this will be fine. Fairly priced and good staff.

Terrible. Booked a room. Refused entry with bicycle. Offered insecure parking behind the pub. Tried to explain expensive road bike would be fine in my room. Still refused. Cancelled my stay. Refund request refused. Scam!
