Tregurrian Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Fantastic Camping site, the beach is a easy walk to it, bit more effort up the hill getting back 😆, the staff are great, always helpful and always keeping the site in tip top condition. My only concern is, in the hot weather that we have been enjoying this summer, is that the showers are set a bit to hot, and you have no way of cooling them down. But that aside will definitely be returning again.

Great campsite to act as a base to tour the area and beaches. The manager was very helpful in helping me secure my expensive bike whilst we went out for the day, thanks. It has both hardstanding and grass pitches with friendly staff. Shop has some basics but the View campsite shop next door has a good selection but as you’re a captive audience you will pay for it! Like many of the CCC sites the shower blocks are clean functional but out dated. Located 1/2 mile from the beautiful Watergate bay beach and costal paths, however bring your strongest legs 🦵 as there’s some steep up and downs locally. Don’t forget Cornwall is nearly always windy! Girls bring a bobble for your hair and boys don’t bother with windbreaks as they probably won’t be there tomorrow unless you can find a sheltered pitch. Overall a very nice campsite in a idyllic part of the UK Oh yes you’re right next to Newquay airport so if you’re a plane ✈️ spotter then it’s ideal but if not it’s not really a problem as there’s some interesting military planes that train from here. As you’re so close to the sea you might get some sea mist and clouds but the wind soon dries everything up

This site is just outside Newquay, amazing views. Can get very windy, so be prepared. The only thing that lets this site down is no dog walk. You've got to walk outside the site, down the very narrow road to some fields. The staff are brilliant, always helpful 😀 👏 👍
