Seecamping Mössler - Camping Millstätter See

Beautiful campsite with very friendly and helpful owner. Small and cozy campsite with a lot of privacy and peace. Lake access. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Definitely love to come back again.

Great campsite but busy in high season. Book ahead! Some shade in parts. Pitches mostly divided by hedges. Noise near the road but otherwise quiet. Loos and showers were first class and very clean. Host (Thomas) was wonderful, spoke good English and was happy to help. Made us feel very welcome. Slightly strange arrangement with access to the lake. You are given a key which takes you through two gates into the Strandbad next door. Not much of a swimming spot either. Mostly dedicated to boats and water sports. However the restaurant at the strandbad was good and had rapid service with excellent food at modest prices. It rained heavily during our stay and several of the pitches became very waterlogged to the point where it was difficult to get a heavy motorhome on or off the pitch. Handy supermarket next door but a bit pricey especially for rolls and croissant in the morning. In a way, this whole area has been spoiled by wall-to-wall campsites. Once you’re on the site, well it’s a campsite! But the whole lakeside is dominated by tourism, detracting from the wonderful views of the lake surrounded by mountains. A bit hypercritical I know, but sadly, true!

Great service! We arrived after the reception was closed but they instructed us to park outside the camping and we could use their services before the morning. Good local tips and a very warm welcome from the personel. They were flexible, everything was clean and beautifull!
