Alminhas da Mindua

Exactly a year ago I was staying in this wonderful hotel, walking the way of Santiago. Alminhas da Mindua is one of the accommodations that I will always remember with the greatest love and gratitude! Very beautiful, tastefully renovated building, comfortable room and very kind and responsive hosts! 🙏😍 ... and what a delicious dinner!

Spectacular family run accomodation. Fully restored/rebuilt/renovated family home, filled with parts of its history. Anna is a beautiful host, she cooks magnificent meals & is so friendly & accomodating. The facilities are perfect inside & out, & the garden area beautiful to relax in, read a book or have a swim in the pool. I only stayed one night as lm walking the camino, but you could so easily stay more.

We stayed here as a group after 3 long days of walking the Camino. It was pure luxury. Anna and her family are amazing hosts, so welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was gorgeous and as we had thunder showers we really appreciated it being covered and heated. Anna cooked a delicious dinner for us at night and it was beyond amazing. The comfort is second to none, a beautiful decked balcony outside our room. Just book and stay, you won’t be sorry.
