I have really enjoyed my stay at The Social Hub Rome. The building and interior common spaces are genuinely state-of-the-art. It feels more like a modern corporate campus than a traditional hotel, buzzing all day with students working on laptops and business travellers using the meeting rooms. There’s a great energy throughout the place. The gym is an excellent bonus for a 4-star hotel. It’s well equipped and suits both people just trying to stay active during a short break and more serious gym-goers who don’t want to lose momentum while travelling. Definitely one of the highlights for me. Having an on-site laundry service is also a big plus and very convenient. The rooms live up to the rest of the experience: clean, tidy, and well maintained, with punctual housekeeping. The bed is very comfortable, the TV is good for unwinding, and the desk space was perfect for taking care of a few emails I had to send out during my stay. The location is convenient too. San Lorenzo is about a 25-minute walk from Termini station and well connected (via tram 3 and bus 105), while still feeling local and lively. I’d definitely stay here again.

Been offered an special rate to complement a stay which was under any acceptable expectations (room hygiene, zero responsiveness to emails and requirements), then it was retracted and not offered for the second time if visit (as promised in email) as promised / proposed. All this for the removal of a booking rate I posted with honest intentions to reflect hotel performance and credibility (added actual visual pictures of room’s absolutely dirt in the floor) Very disappointing from the social hub chain and Enzo Lettieri, who managed the situation. I ended up staying at Citizen Hotel - more expensive, nonetheless, different service level and kept their promises - totally worth it.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed the great room service and the kind, friendly staff. The pizza shop in the hotel area was also super delicious. However, the hotel is very close to the train station, so it’s quite noisy if you open the window — and without opening it, there’s no fresh air. In winter there’s only heating (no fan), so the room felt too warm and it was hard to sleep. If you’re sensitive to noise or need fresh air at night, this might not be ideal. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place to stay.
