Hôtel Le Morgane

This hotel made our Chamonix trip even more special and enjoyable. First impressions at check-in really matter, and the staff were genuinely warm and incredibly kind from the very beginning. While the room did not have a Mont Blanc view, the opposite side was just as beautiful. Snow-covered mountains were visible in the distance, and a small stream flowed right in front of the hotel, creating a peaceful and charming view. The room itself was very clean, cozy, and perfectly warm. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff consistently made me feel welcome, which truly enhanced the overall experience. I enjoyed the trip right up until the very last moment. The room was spacious and comfortable with a wide bathroom, and slippers were provided as well. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but since I didn’t come to Chamonix to use the internet, it really didn’t matter.

The Hotel was amazing, we had a fantastic experience the moment we got in the hotel. First, big thanks to Camille who took us in and was super welcoming and took time to give us detailed recommendations of what to do in our short stay (2 days). Thanks to him we had a superb start to our holiday. We were very lucky that our room was ready earlier than our check-in time plus we got upgraded to a better room. The room was great for us (couple) with a nice spacious bed and good bathrooms. The Spa is good but small-ish, I think at peak times it might be crowded but otherwise the service was great (my wife booked a massage and she was super happy with it). Generally the staff are super helpful and were accommodating for our constant questions and special requests as best as they could. The hotel location is also great at the heart of Chamonix and close to activities and less than 10 minutes walk to the center, train or bus stations. The breakfast was nice but I would encourage you to try the restaurants around as they are all great!! The hotel also had discounts available for nearby activities and rental of ski equipment. Plus they gave us a free transportation ticket for trains during our stay (you get discounts for buses too) It was amazing! And a definite recommendation to stay here! ❤️🙏

Strongly recommend to go to one of the other beautiful properties around here. Multiple people in our had there valuables taken during our ski trip. We discussed this with management and they basically told us they're not liable for their own employees and it's on us. It's a beautiful place but it left us with a sour taste to what was otherwise an amazing trip.
