Do not choose this hotel; its customer service is appalling. I booked a room in October 2025 through Booking.com for the week of January 1st, 2025, and approximately 45 days after booking, the hotel canceled without explanation, leaving me without accommodation. Booking.com contacted me and apologized for the Hotel Lassus's actions, stating that they found this behavior unacceptable and offered me the option to choose another hotel, paying any difference in the booking price due to the seriousness of the situation. The Hotel Lassus has acknowledged the seriousness of the situation, and I find it amusing that they have never experienced such poor service from a hotel. This hotel brings discredit upon France and French tourism due to its appalling service to tourists and guests.

The staff are remarkably kind and professional; you can tell they're genuinely passionate! On a last-minute, off-season Monday evening, they were able to accommodate 20 people and organize a truly perfect meal. Thank you for the organization! The meal was excellent; I highly recommend this establishment.

The welcome was warm, the team responsive and pleasant. Thank you to the chef who delighted us during our stay. I recommend it.
