Really nice campsite outside Bovec. Very friendly staff, clean toilets and good parcelas for tents. They have also a tasty restaurant, you can order fresh bread every day and you can also arrange with them activities with a pick up from the campsite!

Beautiful Location, But Ruined by Noise * Location: 7/10 * Surrounding Nature: 9/10 * Amenities: 8/10 * Quietness: 2/10 The campsite is located in an amazing spot at the confluence of rivers, near a national park. The surrounding nature is absolutely breathtaking. However, this is just one of several campsites in the area, creating a high concentration of people in a relatively small space. This, as we discovered, is a major drawback. We expected people to be more considerate in such a beautiful, natural location. Sadly, this was not the case. Our stay was plagued by selfish and inconsiderate people who didn't respect campsite rules and disturbed the peace. Unless you are exceptionally lucky with quiet neighbors, don't expect to fully enjoy calm sleep and the beauty of the nature. The stuff doesn't enforce any camp rules. On the other hand, the campsite has many positives. The amenities are top-notch: there are two clean bathroom facilities, dishwashing areas, washing machines, a beach volleyball court, a playground, electricity, and a small shop. For camper vans, there are nice, level pitches. The only downside is a lack of privacy, which depends on the size and price of the pitch. Since our main reason for paying for a campsite was a quiet night's sleep, which we failed to get, I can't give a higher rating. We barely slept at all, and that's a fundamental problem. Just a side note: Even though this campsite is in Slovenia, you'll feel like you're right in the middle of Germany.

Pros: Location near the Soča river with nice scenery. Toilets and other facilities are okay, the showers are annoying but I get the save Water initiative. Plenty of space to park your car, electricity available through camping sockets Cons: Very noisy at night. First day was tolerable, the camp quieted down around 12 pm, but the second day was horrible. We were placed right next to two German groups of kayakers who blasted loud music, shouted, drank, and ignored everyone else. We tried to reason with them, they finall quieted around midnight. At midnight someone in the camp decided that it's the best idea to start blasting music and they didn't stop until 3AM. No one from the camp staff checked if the curfew was respected. Even after we tried talking to them and calling reception, nothing was done. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, I’d recommend avoiding this camp.
