The stay was okay but the room was cold. 2nd floor with sunset view. The heater wasn't working properly but the good thing was that hot water kettle and microwave oven were provided in the common area.

(Bear in mind this review is from a pilgrim! Sep-24) Friendly man at reception, we had a twin room which was quite basic but a very good size and also very clean. Comfy big beds & duvets too. Clean bathroom with hairdryer and the hottest shower of the whole route! Can't really ask for any more after a long day walking. Contrary to another review we read previously, we found it to be quiet enough despite the road, and not too much corridor noise compared to some other hotels. Importantly, the pillows have also been replaced with new ones after seeing some photos from an earlier review. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner and breakfast so for dinner we found a charming place Taberna O Tallon a short walk away (opens at 7:05pm) which was excellent. The breakfast offered up in replacement for the hostel's one (a café across the road and on the left) was very poor though, which was a shame.
