The rooms are okay, but the animals are in terrible condition. The donkeys' hooves haven't been trimmed in so long that they can barely walk. The rooms are okay, but the animals there are suffering. They don't care about their hooves, so the donkeys are in great pain when they walk.

Clean and comfortable environment. Very spacious common areas and a well-equipped kitchen.
